Research on Pedestrian Deceleration Behavior Based on Buffer Space

Understanding the specific mechanism of pedestrian deceleration behavior can better provide data support and parameter calibration for flow simulation. In this paper, by introducing a buffer space, designed pedestrians walking single file experiment field observation, has obtained space under different speed, speed - mathematical model is established, results show that expected size were positively correlated, movement normally, their relation be used on two lower limit function, said running state, it represented linear function.
